At Keychron Belgium, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your mechanical keyboard or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@keychron.be with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, brand-new condition and packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all cables, keycaps, and tools.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at a designated Bpost or courier point; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
